Justin Wing

Justin Wing is the Director of Budget and Strategy for the University of Delaware (UD) Library, Museums and Press. Prior to joining the University of Delaware in 2009, Mr. Wing spent over twenty years in the commercial sector implementing, managing, and consulting on information technology efforts. In 2017, Mr. Wing was tasked with defining the new role of Director of Strategy at the UD Library, Museums and Press and added responsibility for the organization’s budget in 2019. Mr. Wing holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Delaware.
